Revaluation of the SMIC and the guaranteed minimum on January 1, 2024.

As of 1er Janvier 2024, The hourly rate of the minimum wage will be increased at 11.65 €, 1st May 2023.

The monthly minimum wage applicable from 1 er January 2024 will be established at €1,766.92_based of the legal duration of 35 hours (151.66 hours). 

The guaranteed minimum will also increase by 1.13% to settle at €4.15 on 1st_January 2024 (compared to €4.10 since 1 May 2023).

The amount of the guaranteed minimum corresponds, in particular for hotels, cafes, restaurants to the value of the benefit in kind to be included in the basis of contributions for meals provided.
